Your bag and saved items
Product identifiers and quantities are stored in this browser so your bag and saved items remain available when you return. Sign in and choose Sync saved items in your account to combine your favorites across devices. Your bag is also saved by the store service for up to 30 days. A valid bag-reminder link can restore it on another device. Clearing browser storage removes this device’s saved copy.
Account and payment information
Accounts store your name, email, a password hash, session information, saved addresses and the favorites you choose to sync. Orders store delivery and purchase details. When payments are enabled, Stripe processes card information; Nomipet does not store card numbers.
Store owner access
Owner sign-in uses a session cookie. Owner access and catalog changes are recorded by the store service. Product photographs uploaded by the owner are stored by that service.
Shopping guide & interest list
The guide uses your shopping preferences to find products in the current catalog. When AI is enabled, the request and preferences are processed by Google Gemini; do not include personal or sensitive details. Conversations are not saved by Nomipet. Joining the optional free interest list saves your email, requested product, pet and budget so the team can review demand and contact you about a suitable product. It does not place an order or take payment.
Optional analytics
You choose whether to allow visit analytics. When allowed, Nomipet records page areas, product views, add-to-bag activity and checkout views using a random visit identifier. These activity records are retained for 90 days. When connected, optional Google Analytics processes similar activity. These events contain no email, delivery address or payment details. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your choice; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.
Bag reminders
You may request optional reminders at checkout. We save your email, bag contents and preference, and send no more than two reminders for that bag, subject to overall frequency limits. Each reminder includes an unsubscribe link. A purchase stops queued reminders. Delivery and account messages are handled separately.
Purchase privacy notice
Support messages, product reviews and operational records are stored by the store service. Account links and transaction notifications are sent through Resend when email delivery is configured. The final business contact, retention periods and privacy-rights procedures must be published before public launch.
